Maybe you’re just starting out on your relationship journey or maybe you’ve been together forever, but you’re noticing times when thing just aren’t clicking and you’re feeling disconnected. You want a map back to feeling a calming, loving connection with each other—couple’s therapy can help you create that map!

Using an attachment theory-based approach called Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as interventions from the Gottman Method of couple’s therapy, I help couples discover new ways to navigate their stuck points and move forward. I specialize in helping couples who are trying to maintain their romantic relationship after becoming parents.
