Therapy for Teens
Teens are starting to develop a new sense of independence; I am honored to provide a space where they can process experiences, work out their own authentic opinions on tough peer situations, develop skills to navigate transitions, and care for emotions. Therapy might not even totally suck, and it’s possible that we might even have fun along the way— I am comfortable joining with teens via humor and sarcasm, while also offering accountability and encouragement as they work toward their mental health goals.
